Price:

$100/course for students who are in-district.

$200/course for students who are out of district.

You may also select a payment plan of 2 payments. The first payment of $50.00 is due with your application. The second payment of $50.00 is due May 25, 2007. If you are out of district, the total $200.00 is due upon registration. If full payment is not received by June 25, 2007 no course credit will be awarded.

Classes are offered Monday-Thursday from 8:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. each day at the Shepherd High School campus. All students may eat each day at the Shepherd Intermediate campus. Meal times are posted as follows:

       

 Breakfast   7:30 a.m.- 8:00 a.m.

 Lunch  12:00 p.m.-12:30 p.m.

Transportation:

High School students will be permitted this year to ride the bus.

Summer School Bus Routes

2007

Note: These routes will not be going back into the subdivisions. We will only be stopping at the entrances. There will only be four buses covering the entire district.

Route #1 Bus   normally routes 16, 2, 30, 7, 20

This bus will travel Hwy 59 to FM 2025 and proceed down to FM 2666 to HWY 150 and back to the bus barn.

  1. Entrance to Campbell Acres on FM 2025
  2. Entrance to Bowen Brown Loop
  3. Entrance to Oak Forest
  4. Entrance to Green Tree
  5. Entrance to River Creek

Route #2 Bus normally routes 29, 19, 4, 17

This bus will go North on HWY 59 to FM 1127 to Elmore Loop, turn around and go to Five Acres, turn around at the mail boxes and return to school.

  1. Stop at 59 and Industrial
  2. 59 and Lake Pool
  3. Turn on FM 1127 to East end of Elmore Loop turn around
  4. Entrance of Five Acres at Mail Boxes
  5. Back to Loop 424 and stop in town if necessary

Route #3 Bus normally routes 24, 5, 10, 9, 32

This bus will go South on Loop 424 and stop at Shepherd South Apartments and then proceed to FM 223, to String town Road, to FM 3460 and back to school.

  1. Stop at Shepherd South Apartments
  2. Entrance of Lake Run a Muck- Church
  3. Entrance to Shraderville
  4. Entrance to Lake Tejas
  5. Entrance to Lake Waterwheel
  6. String town Road as needed
  7. Entrance to Woodland Lakes I and II

Route #4 Bus normally routes 12, 13, 8, 22, 1S, 14, 23

This bus will go down Hwy 59 South to the Candle Shop and back to school.

  1. Entrance to Wonderland
  2. Entrance to Regency
  3. Entrance to Red Road
  4. Entrance to Sherwood Forest
  5. Front part of Cherry Creek and Rolling Hills
  6. Entrance to Ragsdale Springs
