WALK FOR BETTER HEALTH

 One of the most effective ways to control weight gain is through increased physical activity. The more exercise a person does the more calories they burn. Aerobic exercise such as walking is one of the best fat burners and is good for the heart. Walking is one of the easiest ways to be physically active. You can do it almost anywhere and at any time. All you need is a pair of shoes with sturdy heel support.

Walking will:

    ·       Tone your muscles
    ·       Help control your weight
    ·       Decrease risk of heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and cancer.
